Elvis Radio Salutes 50th Anniversary of Elvis's 1956 Tupelo Homecoming Print E-mail

For this weekend's edition of Elvis Live In Concert, Elvis Radio's Doc Walker will pay tribute to the 50th anniversary of Elvis's Tupelo Homecoming Concerts (afternoon and evening shows) from Wednesday, September 26, 1956.


On next Tuesday September 26, Doc will have historian and documentary filmmaker Roy Turner (and producer Jim Palmer) as his guest DJ's to share the intimate detail and background of this significant historical rock & roll concert event. Also Doc will be playing a special encore of the afternoon concert.
