Famous Quotes

"You know, Bush is allways comparing me with Elvis in sort of unflattering ways. I don't think Bush would have liked Elvis very much, and that's just another thing that's wrong with him".
- Bill Clinton,1992

Elvis In BBC Radio Commercial

Apparently footage of Elvis'Aloha Special was used for a BBC Radio 2 commercial.

It shows Elvis from the Aloha shows, overdubbed by an impersonator introducing "The Band". The backing singers are the "Sugar Babes" and Marvin Gaye, on the drums is Keith Moon, guitar Sheryl Crowe, Stevie Wonder on piano, Noel Gallagher on rhythm guitar and Jimmy Page on lead guitar. The tag line was "What a line up", in reference to the music played by Radio 2.
